There will not be captains practice for wrestling next Monday, Nov 3 because school is not in session that day.
Student attending the Hibbing Career Fair are dismissed at the same time as the assembly for our cross-country team at 8:55AM. Career Fair students should report to the handicap entrance down by the FACS room to load the bus.
Today the school store will be closed. The store will be open as usual next week.
Practice for basketball cheerleading tryouts will be held Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after school in the Multi-purpose room until 5:30.
Students: The date for Crystal Ball has been set for Saturday, December 13th.
Juniors will be taking the ASVAB test during the morning on Wednesday, Nov. 5. Any seniors that would like to take the test should let student services know.

All other Winter Sports Player/Parent Meeting is Thursday Nov 6th at 6:00pm in the GHS Auditorium
Parents and players are asked to attend this meeting to go over athletic and academic policies that have changed for the 14/15 year, and get the opportunity to meet their coaches and AD Staff.
Student and staff remember that we be offering voluntary influenza vaccinations. The nasal mist or flu shot will be administered at Greenway on Friday, Nov. 7th in the Staff Development room from noon to 1:30PM. Consent forms for anyone under the age of 18, are available in Student Services.
Key and Builder's Clubbers, you can sign out a Trick or Treat for UNICEF box from the Student Services Office - See Gwen. Reminder - go in teams, have fun get candy and raise money for project ELIMINATE!
Also, this Sunday is our 16th annual One Night Without a Home Card Board Box Camp out. It will be from 7pm to 7 am. Come prepared! Dress in multiple layers, have coats, hats, gloves, plastic bags or tarps, and plenty of blankets. Remember to write a story to present on how you became homeless. Our event will be kicking off a series of events/activities across our county for November, which is national Homeless and Hunger Awareness Month. will be taking donations of blankets, personal hygiene supplies, hats, mittens and cash. (Checks can be made out to the Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation or Kootasca)
Senior Picture-, baby picture, and senior quote are all due by November 13. “Remember When's” are due by December 12.
And finally we will be having a send off this morning for our state cross country participants. Students will be dismissed via the intercom to the auditorium at 8:55. Congratulations and best of luck to Ellysa and Noah as they compete tomorrow.
