Upward Bound will be meeting today.

 

All 9th Graders will be out of the building tomorrow as they attend “Romeo and Juliet” at the Chanhassen tomorrow.

 

Prom Goers:  Be sure to check the list across from the office to be sure the spelling of your name and your guest is correct.  If you name is high-lighted that means Mrs. B is still waiting for your payment.  You have until this Friday to pay to be ensured a goodie bag.  So pay up if you haven’t done so.

 

Also remember to get your Post Prom forms turned into Student Services as well as your dance contract if you are bringing a guest that does NOT attend GHS.

And finally, students planning on attending Prom, all outstanding detention hours must be made up before April 27th. Please see Mr. Mell if you have any questions.

 

10th & 11th Graders:  You can still sign up in Student Services for the Accuplacer test happening next Monday, April 23rd.

  • Yearbook orders can still be placed until May 1st. Cost is $55 and yearbooks will be handed out on Day of Caring, May 17th.

We will have a bake sale today during both lunches with proceeds going toward the Humboldt Hockey families.

 

FCA will be meeting tomorrow morning at 7:45 in Mr. Adamson’s room.

 

Any 5th-8th Graders that would still like to sign up with Ms. Walstad for the book club happening next week, you have until Thursday.  Only 15 spots available.

 

The deadline for our new Greenway clothing logo is April 27th.  Be sure to get your ideas turned into Mrs. Peterson in room 306 as soon as possible.

 

Registration for summer baseball and fastpitch will be Tuesday and Wednesday, April 24th and 25th from 5-7PM at the Hodgins-Berardo Arena.  This sign up includes boys and girls t-ball, squirts, boys little league and junior players, and girls fastpitch 10U through 18U participants.  If you have further questions, please contact Pat Guyer at the arena.

 

Lake Superior College will be hosting an open house this Friday from 3-6PM.  This is open to any upper classman and no pre-registration is necessary.

 

Good luck to the girls’ lacrosse team as they are in action today.  Please excuse them at 1:05 today.

 

Finally, if you are a senior and haven’t picked up your cap and gown yet, you have until 9AM to see the Jostens representative located in the critical thinking area. And, if you have ordered a class ring, those are available for pick up this morning also.
